Most people come to therapy not because things have fallen apart, but because they've held it together for so long that something had to give. My job isn't to fix you. It's to give you a place where you don't have to hold it together for a while.

I focus on neurodivergence and highly sensitive people — those whose inner experience doesn't match what the world sees. If you've spent your life being told you're "too much" or "not quite right," that's worth examining together.

My approach is values-based. Knowing what you actually stand for — separate from what you've been told to stand for — makes it easier to set real limits, make clearer decisions, and let go of things that were never yours to carry. Sessions are grounded and practical. We slow down when it matters.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I use what works for you, not what fits a model.  Learn more about how we work →

I have experience working with people in healthcare, education, and caregiving — professionals used to supporting others and less practiced at receiving that support themselves.

I work best with people who are doing well on the outside and struggling where no one can see it.
